Should the candidate leave within a specified guarantee period, we will backfill the position or offer a refund if this is not possible, the level of which depends on the time elapsed since the engagement of the candidate. Essentially the 'no win, no fee' model.
- Premium Search - This is similar to the contingency model, i.e you pay no fees up-front; however in exchange for a short period of resourcing exclusivity on the position (usually 2 weeks), we focus all our resources on filling that position and can offer a discount on fees. This model is now very popular as it allows employers to get a premium service at reduced cost.
- Contractor Solutions - Life Science Recruitment offers the complete range of contractor solutions, from managed temporary assignments lasting only weeks to long term contracts extending to 11 months and beyond. Whatever your requirement, we can easily assist in sourcing and managing staff for your organisation during those periods of increased activity or staff temporary leave.
